Cancellations & Refund Policy

At GlobalSnack.in, we take pride in carefully packing and dispatching your orders with the utmost care. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at @globalsnack.in@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Perishable items (opened or tampered packaging).

  • Transit damages (contact the courier to file a claim).

Exceptions for Refunds (Must meet ALL conditions):
 Wrong item delivered: Email support@globalsnack.in within 12 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the incorrect product + packaging

  • Refunds processed within 6-7 business days.

 Incomplete order: Notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos of unopened package).

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For bank transfers, provide correct UPI/account details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Change of mind or accidental orders.
❌ Items damaged after delivery (e.g., improper storage).
❌ Delays due to incorrect shipping address.
